At Central, we care!

We care about the quality of our meat: FREE-RANGE, PASTURE FED and HUMANELY RAISED. 

All weights are pre-cooked with no extenders, binders, eggs or other additives. Our beef is 100% ground chuck steak – for full flavour – and is seasoned just prior to cooking.

We care about FRESH, LOCAL ingredients: local, SEASONAL produce, real cheese and specialty breads. We blend seasonings, sauces and dressings in-house with fresh ingredients – most of which are gluten free.

We care about how you like to eat: huge selection of GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN and VEGETARIAN options available within our cabinet and menu selections.
